Mutual Exchange

Under the terms of their tenancy agreement, tenants of the Association have the right to apply for a mutual exchange with another tenant of the Association or a tenant of another housing association or local authority.
 
Tenants wishing to consider a mutual exchange should register at www.homeswapper.co.uk. Once their registration with Homeswapper is approved tenants will be able to access information about other tenants wishing to exchange properties. It is free to register.
 
If you find another person that you wish to exchange properties with you should contact Housing Services on 0141 950 9052 to discuss the application process.
 
Please Note that all requests for an exchange will be subject to the terms contained within the Association’s Mutual Exchange policy.
