Trainee Housing Services Officer (3 year fixed term contract)
Salary - £25,182.72
The Association is currently recruiting for the post of Trainee Housing Services Officer. As a valuable member of the Association's housing department, you will provide assistance and support in delivering an efficient housing and maintenance service to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the Association's housing and maintenance services are provided in accordance with our policies and procedures.
As this is a training position, you will be provided with the necessary training and work experience. The job description below provides an indication of the type and nature of the work the post will involve. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £25,182.72 per annum with a generous holiday entitlement of 25 Days annual leave and 15 public holidays. This is an office based position.
